Our Policies

ALL BOOKINGS


A minimum 50% deposit is required to take a reservation
Reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival to ensure the booking is confirmed.

 

Check-in time is after 2.00pm (depending on availability). Check-out time is 10.00am.
If you are seeking an earlier check in, please call on the day of your arrival to confirm availability.
If you are to arrive beyond 6.00 pm, please call Reception on 08 9535 1171 to make late check-in arrangements. 

 

A booking fee may apply to amendments made.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


All Bookings – Excluding Third Parties.
All cancellations must be in writing to reception@mandurahcaravanpark.com.au
A refund less a 15% booking fee of the total cost will be available if you cancel outside 14 days of your arrival. Or, you can choose a full credit. A credit less a 15% booking fee of the total cost will be available if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival. No refunds are applicable in this time period.
If a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to stay, no refunds or credits will apply. Bookings are non-transferable. No amendments to be made once commencement of stay has begun.
We highly recommend Cancellation Insurance when this offer is provided, at the time of booking confirmation to avoid disappointment and loss should you cancel and not receive a refund.

 
CABIN/CHALET BOOKINGS
BOND - A minimum of $100 bond payment is required upon check-in. Bonds must be paid by a credit card. Please note the bond amount is at Managements' discretion upon arrival. 
An imprint of photo identification and valid credit card will be taken on arrival. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled.
​Please ensure the booking name, photo identification and valid credit card match.
Company cards require written authorization for access of use which can be emailed through or on letterhead for arrival.

Strictly no PETS in Accommodation.
PRICING

Pricing is dependent on a total number of guests per site/accommodation and which season the booking falls under.  Our friendly reception team will be more than happy to assist in providing a quote via phone on
(08) 9535 1171 or email reception@mandurahcaravanpark.com.au.  Please provide Reception with the total number of guests, including the ages of children along with dates you wish to book.
 
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

The signatory must be the registered guest, staying the duration of the booking, who has signed the Terms and Conditions and provided Credit Card details.  The signatory agrees to all Terms and Conditions and takes full responsibility for registered guests staying in Accommodation, Ensuited Sites and/or Powered Sites, and any visitors for the duration of the stay.
The signatory is personally responsible for all charges/damages and responsible for all occupants that stay including any visitor.  Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park is not liable for any personal belongings damaged, lost, stolen, or items brought in either by registered guests or visitors. 

Additional Cleaning/Maintenance

Should for any reason additional cleaning be required or damages be incurred as a result of your stay, the Credit Card provided will be deducted according to the allocated amount.  Additional charges may occur if Accommodation or Ensuites are not left in the clean and tidy manner in which they were supplied.  Minimum of a $100 charge applies for dirty dishes, stained linen and/or damaged park property.  Strictly no smoking in all Accommodation, charges will apply.
Management reserves the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay of the guest/s, at any point.

 
PARENT/ADULT SUPERVISION
Children are our special guests. Their safety is our business.
However, Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park has no responsibility for the behaviour of children whilst they are on site.
Parents/Adults are responsible for children at all times ensuring they are abiding by all the park rules for their own safety, in particular when using the playground, jumping pillow, water slide and swimming pool. Signage is clearly in position at all our facilities to identify safe use of all our equipment
and to remind Parents/Adults of their responsibility to their children and other parties. Parents/Adults are totally responsible for any damage caused to any party.

Should children wish to bring bikes, scooters (not electric), skateboards and any other equipment to the park, Parents/Adults are totally responsible for any damages children may cause to any party. Equipment use after dark is prohibited, especially bikes and scooters. All equipment must be ridden responsibly and comply with the 8km speed limit and use of shared roadway. Electric Scooters are not permitted to be ridden on the Park. Children seen using equipment in an unsafe manner will be instructed to stop by our staff and the equipment may be banned from use during the stay. Children must not ride through or around other sites, be aware of road rules, must wear a protective helmet, and appropriate footwear to stay safe. Any low to the ground equipment requires a safety flag to warn traffic of the child's whereabouts. 

We ask that noise from children must be kept to a minimum from between hours of  8.00pm & 8.00am. Children are not to wander through sites or around the park at night which may be of disturbance to other guests. 

Please – no chalk writing/drawing on the park, roads, and equipment.

SWIMMING POOL & WATER SLIDE: 

We love our heated pool and water slide and hope you do too!

To ensure the safety of all guests, all children under the age of 14 MUST be supervised by a parent/guardian whilst slide is in use. During peak periods, there will be allocated open hours for the slide. Slide rules are in situ for your reference. For safety, please ONLY 1 slider at a time. CLEAR the exit quickly. SWIM to the ladder. NO pushing or running. Parents are totally responsible for any damages children may cause to any party.

Please, NO glassware, alcohol, smoking or pets inside the pool area.

PET POLICY

Pets are most welcome at Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park on Caravan and Camping Sites, only,
and at the discretion of Management. 
Pets are not permitted in any of our accommodation (an automatic deduction of $200 from Credit Card will occur if pets are noted to be present in accommodation).  We have a limited number of space available for pets so we recommend booking in early to avoid disappointment.
Terms and Conditions
  • PETS are not permitted in any of the PET Free Zones.
  • PETS must be kept on short leads and are to be supervised at all times.
  • DOGS are not to be left on site alone and must not continuously BARK.
  • GUEST must bag and bin excrement left by PET, immediately.
  • GUEST is responsible for any personal injury or damage/s caused by their PET and pay for any claim of compensation related to their PET'S activities.
  • Payment of a Pet Bond may be requested and may be forfeited for failure to comply with our PET Policy or instructions issued by Management

FIRE PIT POLICY

FIRE PITS are permitted at Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park, during the open fire season at the discretion of Management and on sites only 

Un-seasonal weather conditions may necessitate a variation but generally restricted dates are October 1 to May 1 each year

  • GUESTS must notify RECEPTION of the intention to use a fire pit whilst staying at the park.

  • FIRE PITS are not permitted in or around cabins.

  • PITS must not be placed directly on grass, shade cloth. GUESTS must supervise the pit at all times.

  • FIRES must be extinguished by 10.00PM - not left to burn out. ASHES must be disposed of responsibly. Please check with

        Staff member. SITES must be left clear and clean of ash and coals.

  • FIRES must not cause excessive smoke or discomfort to other patrons.

  • GUESTS will bare all responsibility and pay for any damage caused by a fire pit or fire.
